Fifi skipped over to the tree and looked inside. There was a little creature with fluffy ears and a curly tail. It was a baby bunny, trapped under a fallen branch! Fifi carefully moved the branch away and helped the bunny to its feet.

The bunny twitched its nose happily and thanked Fifi. They became new friends right then and there. Fifi and the bunny, whose name was Button, played together all afternoon.

Ruby Rabbit was a very curious/sweet/helpful little rabbit. She loved/cherished/adored her toys and didn't want to give/share/part with them ever! One day, Ruby was playing with her favorite red ball when her friend Benny Bunny came over. Benny had a shiny/colorful/pretty butterfly net he wanted to play with, but Ruby wouldn't let/allow/permit him to use it. Benny felt very sad/disappointed/lonely. He went away to play by himself.

Benny was so happy/surprised/excited! He and Ruby played together for a long time, sharing all their toys. From that day on, Ruby learned the importance of sharing/kindness/giving.

Penny Penguin Helps Her Stuck Pal

Penny Penguin waddled to the edge of the icy cliff. She looked down and squealed in surprise. Her best friend, Clyde, was trapped in a pile of snow! He'd tried to jump over the drift but had slipped. Now he couldn't move his wings. Penny knew she had to help. She quickly gathered some rocks and dug at the snow, trying to make a path for her friend. It was hard work, but Penny didn't give up. Finally, after much toiling, she rescued Wally from his snowy prison! Wally was so happy that he gave Penny a big high five. They both waddled away, happy to be together again.
